Take the Strengths Challenge!
In three easy steps, you can identify your strengths, apply them to current challenges, and maximise them moving forward
Start your strengths journey
Strengths are the things you’re good at and that give you energy. Maybe you’re a great explainer of complex concepts, a hands-on improver of things, or a creative force with endless ideas.
Whatever your strengths are, identifying and applying them to current situations in your life will help you increase your confidence, feel more motivated, and improve your relationships.
Step One: Identify your Strengths
This first step is all about identifying your strengths. When you know what your strengths are, you can start noticing the ways you’re already using them throughout your day.
Complete the free Strengths Profile survey and get a report that outlines your top three realised and unrealised strengths, your top two learned behaviours and top weakness. Mine are shown below — there are 60 strengths total; unless you’re exactly like me, your profile will be different!
Step Two: Apply your Strengths
Download the free worksheet and guide yourself through applying your strengths to specific challenges you may be facing right now.
See the example below, where I apply my top strengths of Detail, Unconditionality and Strategic Awareness to two current challenges I have in my work and social life.
Step 3: Keep the Momentum Going
Your strengths journey doesn’t stop here. Find new ways to apply your strengths with weekly insights in the Hold That Thought newsletter. I offer three free things every Thursday, right to your inbox. When you sign up, you also get exclusive access to free coaching offers, new worksheets, and other tools to help you maximise your strengths and more.
As always, you can get in touch with me anytime to share your progress, offer feedback, or receive help with this. I look forward to hearing from you!
