For years I struggled with pricing in my business — navigating difficult conversations, financial inequity, and my own discomfort with capitalist norms. I wanted a model that felt fair, transparent, and financially viable without letting money dictate who I could work with.
Inspired by conversations with peers, I created my own pricing framework. It accounts for market realities, individual circumstances, and my desire to support people doing meaningful work. I believe this is a fairer and more equitable way to do things. Read more about it here.
Below is the six-tier pricing model I use to work in partnership with people to negotiate a fair price.

Typically making over £500k per year.
£500 per session.

Typically making over £100k per year.
£300 per session.

Typically making over £50k per year.
£150 per session.

Typically making over £25k per year.
£100 per session.

Making under £25k per year.
£60 per session.
